I totally can understand where she was coming from but would never have the guts to actually do it. Basically, on the first day, she politely waited for a manager that ended up leaving for the day before anyone said anything to her.<br><br>It's the kind of thing that makes me wish I had options for smaller operators.  And maybe some actual competition, they have a goverment-sponsored monopoly on their connection type.  A new company coming in has to have a totally new link-type in order to be allowed in, that's partly why FIOS is being used.  Sadly, the biggest operator of FIOS is Verizon.
