While I can't speak to the sound track due my HK 645 won't arrive until tomorrow, I can speak to the picture quality.
I received the movie earlier today from Netflix and watched it on a Samsung 50" HL-S5088w using the hd-dvd player on my 360. At no point did I see any jagged lines or any problems with the image quality.
Once I have my AVR hooked up, I'll decide whether this is one I want to permanently add to my library.

I wonder how the Xbox HD-DVD drive performs on this movie? It'll be an interesting comparison Mr. Lawler. What do you think?

Well, I own an XBox HD-DVD drive and I've never had a single problem with any HD-DVD movie.

I have this movie already, and it took like 5 seconds for the loading. (HDi) Then it played perfect, Transformers looks so amazing in High Def.
