Many people at AVS who didn't like the film said they'll be buying it only as demo material. How many more will buy it because they liked it? The break even point for HD DVD, and the sustainability point for HD DVD is probably not that far away.
Different story for camp blu, if they don't get some serious market penetration and fast, the point at which they will have to "cut and run", particularly for some of the CE partners, is getting closer everyday.
It is business, you can only substantiate losses for a limited period of time before drastic decisions must be made.
