Maybe Cox will get off their ass. Maybe not. Verizon needs to knock on my door. People a mile away can get it, but not me.
The federal government trumps the condo association rules, meaning you CAN get a dish regardless of what they say. If you want DirecTV/Dish, print out the rules, send it to the condo board, and tell you're installing a dish. There's nothing they can do, as long as you follow the FCC rules.
