Cox doesn't have service in Kansas City. They do carry KMBC in SD in the Topeka and Manhattan, KS markets, but all ABC network programming is blacked out on it, and we have KTKA in HD already from Cox (Topeka ABC affiliate). Anyone have an idea where this ones going? And what exactly does this mean? I didn't know we had COX here in Orlando. Bright House Networks pretty much has a monopoly on the cable market.
