The pricing on TV boxsets on both sides of the format is ridiculous. $99 MSRP is insane for what is essentially only 24 episodes, irregardless of what Amazon may charge in the end.
I'll wait for a used copy to show up on some forums or on eBay. Let someone else take the depreciation hit on this.

Bill; I don't really understand why you pick on the MSRP. You don't have to pay that. Most people don't. MSRP is a fairly meaningless figure.
Also, you don't have to think of it as "only" 24 episodes. That's the run time equivalent of 10 movies, and it's in HD.
