It still won't have the TiVO interface, Season Pass, home networking, and other great TiVO features that were lost when DirecTV severed ties with TiVO.
If it's anything like the HR20 the fonts will be too small, the interface will still be clunky and confusing, it will need to be rebooted once a week, and it's all done so can squeeze every last dollar out of it by stealing Tivo's concept wihtout having to pay a license.
A Hyundai and a Ferarri are both cars that take you from one place to another. A DVR and TiVO both allow you to timeshift recordings and pause live TV. I'll still take the Ferarri and TiVO anyday.
