I'm wondering what the upscaling is like on the A35 vs the XA2... Same chip? Better? Worse?

I've been tempted to upgrade to the XA2, but can't justify that cost for SD upscaling alone... If I had a second HDTV in my house I would move my A1 to that and use the XA2 for the pj, but I don't...
