I had a PS3 a few months back, but sold it because there were no games to play on it besides MotorStorm & Resistance. I never got to try Blu-Ray because BlockBuster never had any movies in stock to rent.

DeadPlasmaCell

Comments on Sony launches Blu-ray disc releases iCalendar

"It's just weird they'd get so fired up over something that's supposedly dead in the water"

It's not weird my friend, only egotistical. As long as you have HD-DVD faithful, you will have Blu-Ray faithful being sore winners. Even if both formats co-exist you will probably have a Mac vs. PC divide.

Besides, you are hardly neutral yourself. Anyone using the word "fanboy" is automatically suspect.
The only way to take the moral high ground is not to argue in the first place.

PS I know HD-DVD is not dead. But unless it pulls a rabbit out of its hat, it is on the decline.

borland502

Comments on Sony launches Blu-ray disc releases iCalendar

Note that this calendar is for UK BD releases - not US releases.

MegaZone

Comments on Sony launches Blu-ray disc releases iCalendar

So this is sony Europe or sony UK not "sony".

bplah.
