Sony is a VERY reputable company. Why would Sony not want to give its early Blu-ray adaptors the "latest and greatest" firmware update? Class act Sony.

I opted for "send by mail" option and Sony had me a disk within 2 days at my door. The upgrade was very very fast and totally automated.
