First off, this happened nearly as early as May 21st in NJ, and by the 23rd in almost all of Cablevisions markets. Secondly, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, you said "but neglected to mention the concentration of paying HD customers."

HD IS FREE WITH CABLEVISION. There is no extra fee for HD.
