Apparently they did not rule that Verizon would be able to get a blanket agreement for the state and instead will require municipality by municipality (slow & expensive) agreements.  So, don't hold your breath it's probably going to be a while.  Then again, you could call your congressman now & help put pressure where it will do the most good.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Robert Miller]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jul 27th 2007 7:27PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
