I cannot tell you how many times they sent us bogus reports on sales figures and falsehoods about thier products. I have watched several of thier "proprietary formats" fail. It seems most people have forgotten Minidisc, DAT, Betamax, thier walkmans that only played THIER formats(luckily they lost money and have switched to MP3), and I am only scratching the surface. People that buy the standalone players are the ones most inclined to buy the movies.
