I laughed when I saw the composite RCA cables when I got my PS3, then it occured to me that I need to make a second trip to the store, wish they would have told me that I needed an HDMI while I was there.

WHAT!? I thought that was the cable I needed to use to hook it up to my 70" Sony XBR SXRD! No wonder the picture doesn't look good...
:p
However, I wonder if it is at the request of the retailers that they do not have an HDMI cable in the box. I sell the stuff and it is 10X easier to sell an HDMI cable when there is not one included (and how people will buy a $90 up-converting player with a $80 cable...)

I love having movies in High Def, but man....are they re-using remotes from the 80s???
