Apple should patent Steve's sperm, thus holding anything over any next indiscretion and anything therein, like other human creativity.

Seriously, when the patent submission become so ambiguous as to remove all creativity (no direct app) then they are stretching their business model on patent law suits than delivering genuine products and solutions to the consumers.

Then again, consumers are their cows, so moo on, milky.
