First there was INHD and INHD2. INHD was mostly variety shows and music videos, whereas INHD2 seemed to be more focused on HD films. And then INHD2 is dropped and replaced with MHD, which is all music videos. So now 2 of my 3 HD-exclusive channels are mostly music. Can't really think of any actual content I've watched recently.
