For the rest of us, why would Sony put out a player like this? Makes no sense. They make a "budget" player and still can't approach HD DVD prices. this economical player doesn't decode TrueHD or DTS HD. Oops!
Hopefully the third-party vendors will get some better BluRay equipment out before this half-assed attempt. So much for "quality" dave!
