What we're watching: Two hours of 24 pretty much ensures a rise in a Jack Bauer kill count that, quite frankly, has been disappointingly low as of late. I swear my dog can actually tell what's on my flat-panel HD unlike my old set. He's always walking up to it when there are animals on the screen. With that in mind, I'd choose the dog show...

I used to enjoy 24, but this season (6) is too much of a leftist sermon: remaking reality to suit some unreal world-view. Plus, the characters are too namby pamby compared to previous seasons.
