I think that too many consumers are buying the biggest TV they can afford rather than sizing the television to fit the room.  If a TV is properly sized for the room, I bet 9-out-of-10 people couldn't tell 720p from 1080p. They will not be broadcasting 1080P anytime soon. It's supposed to be a big deal and they plan to announce it in August before the kickoff of the 2007 season.
