It seems like a WAY better idea to use valid internet sources, or for the less tech-savvy, find a salesperson in a store so they won't necessarily be pushing you towards a certain brand.  I can't imagine their 'concierge service' being any more friendly than their customer service, which I've found to be as equally frustrating as any of the other TV manufacturers I've had the chance to talk to.  my two cents are thrown in]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Mike]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Nov 28th 2006 2:51AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
