I just hope that 1080i doesn�t die with it. Very few flat panels can handle it with out down converting. content providers just might notice that 90% of the market owns a 720p TV. 1080i looks much better on my CRT. If the networks try and save bandwidth and run everything at 720p, there will be no need for 1080i anymore.

What will I do with that monster entertainment cabinet I bought????
