If this thing supports the same HD codecs as HD-DVD/Blu-Ray, but only has a red laser pickup, I would definitely be interested.<br><br>The DVD forum has created a new spec some time ago, called DVD-Video version 2.0 which expands the red laser DVD's to include HD content.
