The reason it's in the burbs' is because that's where the wealthy people live. Naturally they're going to offer a new and expensive service to those who can afford it en mass. That may seem shitty but it has to be done. Comcast has had a large marketing campaign going on here in Pittsburgh trying to get it's customers to call their representatives to stop Verizon, it's awfully hypocritical of them. The same thing was down with Cable internet when it was first being adopted, the rich communities and businesses got it first and then, once it was perfected and cheaper, it was adopted everywhere else. The rich folks get first stab at it, that's just life. So, hurry up Mr. and Mrs. Moneybags, buy up that FIOS quick...
