Engadget HD Podcast 032 - 09.22.06
Sorry this one's a bit late -- we were busy, you know, relaunching as Engadget HD! In our first program as the Engadget HD Podcast, Ryan joins us to welcome Engadget HD to the Engadget team! Matt tells us about his busy CEDIA coverage and has a lot to say about everything he saw there: new certifications, new products, amazing picture quality, everything you wanted to know about CEDIA will be laid bare. TiVo is, of course, also brought up thanks to Ben's special experience with ordering of of TiVo.com. Get the podcast

Hey, how come the normal engadget has ogg and acc by HD doesn't?
Also, since this is HD, shouldn't the formats be something like wma lossless or flac? :D

Oh, and did I mention the RSS feed doesn't work?
For this show, the URL is:
http://stadium.weblogsinc.com/hdbeat/podcasts/EngadgetHD_Podcast_032.mp3
but the RSS feed says it is:
http://www.engadgethd.com/podcasts/EngadgetHD_Podcast_032.mp3
which is a 404.

Hello,
I don't know about anyone else, but I don't like the removal of the POST NUMBERS and leaving comments is NOT as easy as it was before. This is not clear and somewhat annoying. New user, current user, I left messages before will what I did last time work?, who knows... there's nothing explaining this clearer to transition from the old site to this new site. Sorry...
Thanks,
Steve Jr.

Matt, Great job. Loved the coverage from Cedia, and look forward to your review of the Samsung LCD DLP.
Ben, Take your retainer out before recording a show. And grow up. We dont listen to the podcast to hear cheap shots thrown at your co-host.
Maybe a rehearsal before the next one.....

Thanks for the mention in the podcast, even if it took a minute to get my name right. Really enjoying them these days, and thrilled that you guys are now allied with engadget. Keep up the great work.

Guys-
Just listened to the podcast and I felt compelled to write:
Are you kidding? The best thing you saw on the CEDIA floor was an Infocus projector that has been shipping for well over a year? How about any of a number of the 1080p 3 chip projector offerings from Projectordesign, digital projection, Sim2. The display in the DLP booth of the 3 chip 1080p Sim2 was awesome. My jaw droppped at the digital digital projection booth.
Secondly...THX certification was the most exciting new development? My gosh...really? For years THX has shifted from legit to a pure marketing and sales tool and nothing more.
