The HD-DVD/DVD combo thing was a major selling point for this new media. <br><br>Unfortunately, high prices (And crap movies) are keeping me from it still. Old movies are cheaper on both HD DVD and Blu-ray, but $40 is about standard for a new release that was just out in theaters. However, if HD-DVD movies cost less to produce; why are these movies just as expensive as Blu-Ray?  One would think that HD-DVD titles would cost much less.
