MS needs to add external HDD support for video and music downloads. Keep game saves, demos, XBLA games locked to the 360 HDD.

I just don't see MS releasing a larger 2.5" HDD anytime soon that will have the capacity and affordability for consumers to be downloading HD content through the 360.
