This signals the new wave of HDCP handshaking problems, just as people were getting 1.0 -> 1.1/1.2 taken care of, 1.3 is going to make a whole additional mess. By the time 1.3 is starting to come to market, 1.4 will be right around the corner adding god knows what and it all repeats.
