Why is it so hard to explain to people about proper de-interlacing and inverse telecine?
If there's a 1080p input TV out there that doesn't de-interlace correctly I'd be surprised.
Foks forget getting caught up on the specs. Any child can look at a bunch of numbers and pic the highest. HD is HD whether the player outputs progressive or you have your expensive set process.
Don't get caught up on specs that aren't relevant folks
