They claimed 31 percent of the market share."<br>LG truly deserves to be the market leader as it is focusing on the Plasma market a lot. LG factories in (Pune and Noida) are the largest manufacturers of conventional TVs in the LG universe (<a href="http://www.southasiabiz.com/2006/04/made_for_india_lg_nokia_philip.html">http://www.southasiabiz.com/2006/04/made_for_india_lg_nokia_philip.html</a>). One of the three was the Sony XBR. The fast majority of my customers prefer the PQ of  a 42" 1024X768 plasma next to a 42" 1980X1080 LCD when displaying every day sources.
