My hope is that this will sell a lot of HDTVs. You know, say something like, "And you can get a slightly smaller version of this for your home when you can't make it to the stadium. [Insert advertisment from manufacturer here.]"

This could mean other things, too. Why not have movie screenings, etc.? You know, like a midnight showing of Harry Potter (in 1080p, my local theater had that, it was great) for 100,000 people. Or any digital movie for that matter. 1080i is not the only HD in the world, if you think so, you've probably never compared both side by side.
Regardless, find us a bigger screen with a better res and we'll be impressed.
