I saw that Digg last night, and immediately saw all the flaws in the FBR website's arguments - pretty much the same flaws you found. I was just about to post comments on both Digg and FBR, but stopped myself. You're not going to be able to sway either crowd. Face it, these people are not early, primary, or even secondary adopters. You can tell from their comments that most of these people don't own HDTVs, and the only exposure they've had to HDTV is what they've seen on the shelves at Best Buy. In other words, they just don't matter in this argument. While my comments on their sites are a waste of keystrokes, the posts here at HD Beat (and sites like HD Beat) refuting their FUD are what really matter to the people who really matter.
