Throw my bias aside, I do not think they will be able to surpass the Xbox Live service on the first try...without copying MAJOR features that the service has had since day one, and going against what Sony has said all along (they said a unified system wasnt necessary).

That and better media center fucntionality? Not with Windows Media Center.
