Paramount is not the only one hedging their bets
German disc-replicator manufacturer Singulus, who already launched the first HD-DVD production line
machines (pictured), announced today that they are delivering their
first Blu-ray production devices to customers. Otherwise of note is
that the release only mentions Singulus releasing machines capable of
single-layer Blu-ray disc manufacture, despite what Josh Peterson says. Their website does mention it providing for expansion to dual layer later however.*Shrug* this just means we move ever closer to actually seeing the discs on store shelves.
