Make the staff friendlier - no more of this "if I don't ask you to buy the combo it's free" crap. I'll tell you what I want!
Update the theater - our seats are getting trashed and don't recline like I've seen other places do.
Sound - I see the speakers on the walls, but don't really hear them all that much, if at all. Everthing seems to be coming from the front.
The biggest thing that's going to get me back to the theaters is better movies! Or at least previews that don't tell me the whole movie in 45 seconds.
